Dr. Jena Questen

Today I am grateful for the spectacular snowy sunrise, the horses being happy to kick up their heels in the snow, that we won the vote for non-profit of the year (yes I am manifesting that one, thanks to you who voted), that all the vehicles work and helped us make life easier in the snow (well of course except the tractor), and that my ankle hurts less today after a good nights sleep.

I am excited about attending the fundraiser tonight for Speakers for Africa, a non profit run by my friend Penny Randall. If you don't know her, or her organization, I would highly recommend checking her out. She raised her son in Uganda, and travels back and forth several times a year bringing school supplies to the children and helping them to dig pit latrines so they don't have to go to the bathroom outside in the fields. Her organizations work is amazing, and I am so proud of her and what she is doing. I hope the whole community will support her for years to come.

With the weather like this we didn't get much horse training done yesterday, but we sure did a lot of video editing! Please let me know what you think of the new format for the Friday video that came out last night. It was seemingly endless hours of editing (thank you to Corey for putting up with all my revisions) but I think in the end the finished product was worth it. Love to hear your thoughts on neck reining training Natalia.

So today is Saturday, you Animal Loving Angel, did you dance in your bare feet last night, or look at yourself in the mirror and tell that person you see, that they are doing GREAT? I sure hope so, because it's true. If not, you would not have woken up today. So the very fact you are here, means that your life has some meaning, and purpose, and the world needs you. So whatever you are going through, realize, you are important. And with our animals by our side, we can handle anything. So look at, pet, or be with animals today on this Saturday, get out in nature, laugh, dance, and have some fun, so that when you go to sleep tonight, you are satisfied with how your day went. Wishing you all the best day ever, I do so hope you get out there and enjoy it!
