Dr. Jena Questen

The long form video we did yesterday is a perfect example of how important understanding hierarchy is when working with horses. It is just one of those things we have to take into consideration when working with animals. And, something we can use to our advantage, like to protect yourself from rowdy young horses in a herd, by sticking close to the leaders who are likely to protect you.

I hope you get the opportunity to experience being in a herd of horses like this. You just always have to be aware of your surroundings and watch your back. Even when working with even just two horses, and on halters and leads, their dominance over each other is an important consideration, as you will see in my recent video.

Today I am grateful for the people who help me make this channel a reality. I am grateful for the snow we got yesterday, the sunrise, that I woke up today, our rooster, and that my ankle hurts much less than it did over the past few months. I am glad and grateful I have a daughter who I can trust during prom time to make wise decisions. I am grateful for my family.

What are you grateful for today, you Animal Loving Angel? Did you wake up today feeling brave and in control, like the dominant horses in the herd? Did you wake up feeling smart, creative, and inspired? I sure hope so, because you are. And if you are not feeling it, take a moment for yourself, take a deep breath, close your eyes, imagine your body in total alignment with all your chakras balanced and brilliant. And if that doesn't do it, then look at yourself in the mirror, no matter how hard that may be, and tell that person you see that you love them, and that they are doing great. Because, you are. With our beloved animals by our side, we can do anything.

Wishing you a wonderful weekend ahead full of passion, love, fun, laughter, and dance. Tomorrow is not promised to us, so, why not?

And if I can be of service to you in any way, for you and your animals, I am here for you. And if it is in your ability to help support our mission, please donate today.
