Dr. Jena Questen

πŸ‘‹ Hey animal lovers! Thanks for watching! 😊 Join us for a morning roll call at ResqRanch, featuring our beloved horses and a donkey. We share a glimpse of the beautiful pink Colorado sunrise this morning and how we ensure all our animals stay comfortable during the winter. It's a peaceful start to the day, celebrating our amazing animals!

Today I am grateful for that pink sunrise, that we have a barn to shelter the animals, that I got to wake up and look into the loving eyes of my dogs one more time, that my rooster is quiet right now, and that today is an extra special day, it's my youngest daughter's birthday! I am grateful for her and that she was born. Although I never wanted children originally, she is hands down the best surprise of my entire life. She is such a huge help me to me every single day. For the most part, it's just her and I running this place, so I rely on her a lot and I am lucky and grateful for both of my children.

Oh my goodness, it just started fully snowing, wow! Maybe I should run out and do another video right now! Wish I could but now I have to start the day. Glad I left Oliver's blanket on!

So how about you, Animal Loving Angel? Did you make yesterday a great day, and are you now ready to make this day great as well? I sure hope so. Today I am going to encourage you to actually visualize the future for a moment. Whether it's simply this day, from now until you go to sleep, or this week, or this year, or the next 10 years, spend a few minutes just sitting with the vision of it. Imagine what it could be. Imagine what your dream life looks like. Really and sit, and feel it. What is the weather like? How comfortable are you? How strong, and flexible, and healthy, are you? Did you know there are many stories of people who have healed themselves from illness, just through imaging a bright future? The more time you spend picturing in your mind what could be, the better chance you have of getting closer to making that dream come true. It's never too late. As long as you woke up today, that means there is still time to make changes to your life, for the better. For you, and for those around you, and for the animals who give us so much.

Wishing you the best day ever! Please come to my Kentucky Derby party this Saturday at the Wild Game to help us get new blankets for the horses for next year, and to get hay, and the tractor fixed. Your help really means the world to us. I know many people wish they could wake up to this scene every day. Please help us make it possible to keep this dream alive, for all of us.

And if there is anything I can do to help you in your journey with animals, remember, I am here for rou. Until then, make it the best day ever!
