Did you know we have events all year long? Our next event is our Kentucky Derby Party at the Wild Game on Saturday May 2nd. If you have not been there, it's worth it just to check it out. It's like a restaurant and bar but with video games, bowling, and lot's of TV's to watch the horses. This year your admission to our annual fundraiser includes a nacho bar! So bring your appetite, and your gift shopping list for our silent auction, and we will see YOU on May 2nd from 1-5 pm.

Today I am grateful my ankle is hurting less and less each day it seems. I am grateful all of the animals are doing well this morning. I am grateful I had a productive phone call that might lead to us getting our tractor repaired. I am grateful for my awesome team at work that really brought it 100% at work yesterday, I can really feel the difference in the energy of the team these days. And finally I am grateful for my healthy, healthy family, and I am so proud of them all.

What about you? What are you grateful for today, you Animal Loving Angel? For waking up today? For every experience in life? For the love you have in your life? Although sometimes things are not easy, there is always, always, something to be grateful for. And concentrating on that gratitude is the best way to make it through. That, and cute animals! Am I right?
