Checking on my donkey and the rest of the horses this morning to ensure everyone is happy and healthy. This is peaceful morning farm routine as the sun comes up and the animals start their day. It is always important to do a quick health check to make sure everyone did ok overnight. Looks like Donkey is just sleeping in today, resting up for his big debut at the Evergreen Rodeo Parade happening Saturday! Today I am grateful for the sunrise, for the animals being healthy this morning, that I woke up today, that we had a great day yesterday from the TackShack getting cleaned and organized by Scouts, to filming a wonderful video with Natalia that had her literally leaping with joy, and finally the little dance party thrown my the local DJ Barbie that I got to attend for a bit last night although I was already exhausted before I got there!

There is always, always, something to be grateful for. From your heartbeat, to your breath, to your arms, legs, ears, and eyes, there is always something to be grateful for. And if I know you, you are grateful for animals maybe most of all.

So today, get out there and seize the day! Be kind to yourself, and others. Give yourself that high five in the mirror, and know, you are doing great.
