Today I am grateful for the volunteers coming this morning to help us do our practice run for the parade tomorrow. Donkey has never seen crowds like this in his life, but I have faith he is ready and can handle it.

I am grateful I woke up early today without an alarm, and got to spend a few minutes stretching and getting ready for today's strenuous events.
