A peaceful morning and beautiful sunrise at our animal rescue ranch. See our rescued horses, rooster, and donkey, start their day. We provide a safe haven for animals in need, focusing on their daily health, happiness, and use only positive reinforcement, R+, training with them. Watch how these animals thrive, and are eager to greet us each day, because of the training methods we use. You can experience this too through the power of R+ where they are given a choice. Today I am grateful I woke up.

I am grateful Oliver, Rhoen, Emblaze, Sugar, Dixie, Cesar, Donkey, Chilli, and Natalia woke up.

I am grateful the rooster woke up.

I am grateful you woke up.

I am grateful for this beautiful new day, and for my freedom to make the most of it.

I am grateful for the wonderful clients we have at Aspen Park Vet Hospital, all the meaningful conversations, and for my awesome team who always shows up and gives 100% to our community and their pets.

What about you, Animal Loving Angel? What are you grateful for this morning? There is always, always, something to be grateful for. Today, be kind to yourself, others, and to animals. Smile at someone in the store that looks like they are distracted. Think of the butterfly effect. You never know what someone else might me going through. We could all use some more kindness.

Then look in the mirror, and smile at yourself. Close your eyes for a moment, can you visualize what you look like? Know, that everything is ok, just as it is.
