Dr. Jena Questen

See how our animals and the donkey stretch and shake off sleep after a rainy night. We are grateful for the full pond and show you how everyone is doing well despite the mud. Join us for our upcoming livestream of day 1 of our training clinic today to learn more about working with animals using positive reinforcement. Can't make it today? No worries, it will be public for you to watch at a later time. Hope you can pop in with your questions and supportive comments!

Today I am grateful for the rain, the moisture for the ground and trees, and that our pond is still full!

Today I am grateful I finally found a video from a podiatrist about treating my ankle pain!

Today I am grateful we really don't have any damage from all the heavy rain and hail from the past two days like so many affected by flooding.

Today I am grateful it's the first day of our ground training clinic. I am excited to see what we will be able to share with people although it is muddy here which will make it a little tougher.

I am grateful for my houseplants. How they quietly bring green, and fresh air into the house and ask for so little care and maintenance in return. Recently one of my plants developed a little parasite on it's leaves, and I am trying to see if my Shoo Fly spray will work on it's leaves.

It's nearly time here for the flies to start getting bad, especially after all this rain. Hopefully you are stocked up with fly spray, and if you want to try mine, which you should, because it's awesome, we have it for sale on the shelf at Aspen Park Vet Hospital in Conifer.

What about you, Animal Loving Angel, what are you grateful for today? If nothing else, it's Friday, #TGIF! It is a perfect day to thinking about the weekend, and how you will be kind to yourself in some way. Because, the more you pursue your own passions, the happier you will be. What are passionate about? Not sure? Then while you take some time to figure it out, spend time helping someone else pursue their passion. Volunteer your time to someone else's cause, without expecting anything in return. This will bring you joy, while you explore and learn about the world through someone else's eyes.

All my love,

DrQ
