Dr. Jena Questen

πŸ‘‹ Hey animal lovers! Thanks for watching! 😊 It's Friday, and this "day in the life" video features our wonderful rescue horses, like Blaze and Rhoen, enjoying their morning. We love seeing our horse friends start their day so happily! If you're interested in learning more about horse care and training, and building a trusting bond with horses such that they choose YOU over green grass, check out my FREE Horse Relationship Building Masterclass at ResqRanch.org. We're here to help you!

Today I am grateful for the night sky, the stars, and for the people who study the universe out there and teach us about it. I am grateful for my great truck, good tires, and working heat and air. I am grateful for cups. I am grateful for running water in the rivers. I am grateful I woke up with less ankle pain today. I have now had two acupuncture sessions with Dr. Andrea, hopefully I am on the road to a more permanent state of being pain free.

What about you, Animal Loving Angel? It is Fri-YAH after all! The weekend is practically here! What are you planning to do to make the most of it? But first, today. You have the choice to make it whatever you wish. You have the choice to find kindness even when you don't understand another's point of view. You have the choice to not be angry at that crazy driver, and instead be grateful you are not so unhappy in your life as to behave like them. Feel sorry for them, they are very unhappy. And that goes for any sort of unreasonable person. Whether they are married, rich, or seem to have it all, people can still be deeply unhappy inside, and may not even fully realize it. That's when your kindness can go a long way. And, where animals help us stay grounded, and in touch with reality. In touch with what REALLY matters in life, not money or things, but love and relationships and just taking the time to appreciate the little things we often take for granted. Like the stars. The moon, and all the other wonders of the natural world, like the fish in the streams living their very busy lives, and the birds, always fascinating to me, how they can be so tiny and delicate you survive in ways we never could. We are so lucky to live on such a beautiful planet, full of so many beautiful creatures.

So maybe, this weekend, is the time you see the world through new eyes, and with a deeper appreciation. And realize, many of the things you are worrying about, may not be so important, after all. Horses are especially good at keeping us grounded with reality. If you are nervous, or anxious, or angry, they are the first to feel it, and respond by not wanting to be with you. We might not always like it, but it does not mean they are wrong. It is a signal to us, to take a deep breath, look inside yourself, let go that which you are hanging on to, to become lighter, more free, and closer to the same vibrational frequency of the the innocence of the animals.

Today, I hope this is something that makes sense for you, and helps you in your journey of this thing called life. So be kind to yourself, and others, and animals, for many of them, are living a much, much harder life than you.

And if there is anything I can do for you, remember, I am here for you.

Sending you all my love today, and everyday,

your friendly neighborhood DrQ
