Today I am grateful for the World Cup Finals, and how they bring so many people together from all around the world.

Today I am grateful for the animals all being healthy and happy this morning.

I am grateful for the hay we have in the barn.

I am grateful for the video's that we are doing (including drone footage!) which should really up our game on our YouTube videos so my message of R+ can reach more people who need it.

I am grateful my ankle hurts so much less these days! Now that I finally have a diagnosis, and am able to do the correct stretches it needs throughout the day, to heal.

What about you, Animal Loving Angel? Are you going to be watching any of the soccer games and rooting for your favorite team? Our local dog park actually has a bar and TV's for just such events, isn't that a cool idea for a great place to gather with friends to watch the games? And besides all that excitement, it's Friday, so TGIF! The work week is coming to a close, and a beautiful, hot summer weekend is upon us. A great time to get our there with your favorite four legged friends to make some memories and have some adventures. (Of course, please keep your kitties on a leash, please, for their safety!).

Be kind to yourself, and have fun. Remember, the more fun you have, the better your life will get, so pursue your passions today, and if you don't know what that it, help someone else pursue theirs, selflessly, and that too will fill your cup.
